OUR PROJECT MANAGER POSITION
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and delivering a range of projects, including building renovations, technology implementations, and service improvements across the CESLC environment. Reporting to
reporting to the VP of Innovation and Strategy, the Project Manager will collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders—from senior leadership to point-of-service associates—to ensure projects align with CESLC’s organizational objectives, are completed on time and within budget, and maintain our high standards for resident well-being and regulatory compliance.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, budget) for diverse initiatives, including facility renovations and technology enhancements.
  • Align project goals and deliverables with CESLC’s strategic objectives, ensuring a positive impact on resident experiences.
  • Identify and incorporate potential data, technology, and process improvements into project planning.

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as with CESLC standards and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Facilities, IT, Clinical, Finance) and external vendors (e.g., architects, contractors, technology partners).
  • Proactively manage risks, maintain project tracking tools, and resolve issues to keep timelines and budgets on target.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as the liaison between senior leadership, departments, and external partners, facilitating clear, consistent communication.
  • Provide regular status updates and establish transparent communication pathways among project teams.
  • Promote collaboration, communication, and transparency across all departments involved.

Financial Management

  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, forecasts, and variance tracking.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and change orders with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and transparency.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimizations that align with CESLC’s mission and values.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Maintain robust documentation to satisfy both internal audit requirements and external regulatory standards.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement best practices, standardized processes, and quality controls throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and advise on future improvements.
  • Foster a culture of innovation in project delivery, always seeking ways to enhance outcomes for residents and staff.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, realistic goal-setting, and a supportive environment.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Celebrate milestones and successes to build a culture of excellence

SHIFTS & STATUS

  • Full Time Exempt/Salaried
  • Flexibility may be required for after-hours coordination due to active project needs or resident considerations.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing complex projects, including building renovations, technology implementations, or operational improvements—preferably in healthcare, senior living, or similarly regulated environments.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Real estate, construction, development experience highly recommended

VACCINATION POLICY

As a dedicated provider to Senior Living Care our facility requires all hired associates to provide proof of vaccination records, including two doses of MMR, two doses of Varicella, and a Negative TB screen before the start of employment. Another source of documentation that can be accepted is a Titer or Lab test that expresses proven immunity to the following diseases. Upon employment our Talent Acquisition team will provide additional details regarding CESLC vaccination policy.
