OUR GNA POSITION
The primary purpose of your GNA role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a GNA training course and possess a Geriatric Nursing Assistant certificate and be registered in the State of Maryland 
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to document (entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc.)
